Water damage. Flickering

I had noticed Flickering on the laptop every few weeks for one hour or so for three weeks. It happened on Friday night too (3 days) I closed it till Saturday I did not shut it off just closed the laptop used it on Saturday for one hour then diid not use it till Sunday night. The Flickering is there with the line down the screen. I have gotten Water on it earlier then immodestly wiped it off. The Laptop works good other then the Flickering with the line. What Do I do???
