I have a standalone CBS All Access subscription and want to watch Live TV on my iPhone. It tried to connect to Airplay or Apple TV but it was not set up for that and I don't want to buy the subscription through Apple. How do I get the Live TV videos to show up on the iPhone?

If you have a subscription to CBS All Access, download the CBS All Access app from the App Store and sign in to it.
I have the app, but it won't let me watch Live TV.
I just found out it's "Not available in my country or region" although my local channel is one that is available on my Mac under the CBS All Access website. That means I can watch shows on my Mac but cannot use the app on Mac or iPhone. Drat.
