overheating problem after Big Sur update

I run a macbook pro 13 inch 2019 model with 8 gb memory and 1,4ghz i5 processor.

I never had a overheating issue till yesterday after updating to Big Sur.

now even i just open a browser and not working with multiple it is overheating,

the battery power gets fast out and the fan keeps constantly working.
