Can't send any emails in MS Outlook since upgrade Big Sur

Since few day, after my Big Sur upgrade, I can't sent any emails with Microsoft Outlook.

Receiving works well, my Outlook is up-to-date (16.43) and the most important topic, Mail have no problems to sent mails via SMTP yet.

Ticket to Microsoft is opened.

Hi dear,


I got the same problem and tried different settings of my mail client ... without success.


Then I've done the following:



Open Keychain Access Utility

Click Keychain Access in top left corner

Click Preferences > Reset Default Keychain.

Confirm (several times)

Restart your Mac

Re-enter all your passwords

Test ---> it should work by now !
