Latest OS for MacBook Pro Mid 2010

I have a MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2010) and it has the OS X El Capitan version 10.11.6 installed, but when I run the system update, it says no updates are available. Is what I have the latest version possible for this computer? I need to update it my Microsoft Office programs.

MacBook Pro 13″, OS X 10.11

If you get a corrupted message...

Naw, not damaged, it's just that you have an old copy already in Applications, Trash the Install MacsOS High Sierra.app in Applications then a new copy more recent version can be downloaded.
