I Need to Update the OS on My 2013 MacBook Pro!

Greetings! I have a Macbook Pro, 2013 (Early), and have obviously missed any available OS software upgrades since "OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.6. Is there any newer OS-version to which I can update?

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and download High Sierra, Mojave, or Catalina.
