MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012) - what is the most up to date OS update I can install?

I can't seem to use up to date software as my MacOS is pretty old and I can't seem to find a way to install a more up to date operating system version

that Mac can run up to and including Catalina (10.15.7). if already there, that is the end of the line for macOS upgrades for that Mac.
