By "MacBook Pro 12", do you mean
- A MacBook Pro or MacBook Air whose model name includes the year 2012? For all of these, Catalina is the end of the line.
- A MacBook (Retina, 12-inch, Early 2015)? Big Sur is the end of the line.
- A MacBook (Retina, 12-inch, Early 2016)? Monterey is the end of the line.
- A MacBook (Retina, 12-inch, Early 2017)? You can upgrade all the way to Ventura, although you will not be able to upgrade to Sonoma when it comes out.
