Apple watch update

The update says it needs 3.1 to update - mine says it only has 4.8GB capacity, with 3.0 available. to get any more, I would have to delete all but messenger and timer - both of which I use regularly. Can I do anything else?

Apple watch update i have a Apple watch 3.0 that i am trying to update with WatchOS 7.3.2. I am unable to update it even directly to the watch b/c it states it need 2.7GB and i can only free up 1.9GB. I have deleted all apps, photos and music.
