Apple Pay

I would like to transfer money from my Apple Wallet to my debit card directly. When I try to do so, it will prompt me to either select a card or enter a new card. My problem is my current card doesn’t appear in the list of cards (old expired cards appear). Then when I go to out in my current cards information it states that card is already on file. How do I fix this? I have already reset, deleted and reinstalled everything.
