How to add a second y axis in Numbers?

How to add a second y axis in a line graph in Numbers on IPad Pro. I have checked the numbers help but that didn’t answer my question. I had given it to my friend to do it in excel and send me back and after l opened it the second y axis was visible but l can’t say that there is no way out to add a second y axis. My lab exam is soon and l need know it very urgently. I would be really thankful if anyone gave me a proper solution to that.
