i wrote many questions about stuck update , i have downloaded update from nex link https://support.apple.com/kb/DL2027?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US. but cant install. please help me what to do

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.14

You can't install an older Update than is installed, but you may want to hold off in the Download Security Update 2019-005 (Mojave)
