Shutter sound in iphone 11 pro max

Hello, the shutter sound of my iphone 11 pro max is not getting silent in silent mode the county is Canada please tell me what to do

Camera shutter sound My phone is on silent and the sound is all the way off but if I take a photo the camera shutter sound is still obnoxiously loud. I have live photo turned on and it still makes a loud PING sound after it takes the photo (basically I've done everything that the internet told me would make the camera sound silent). I live in Germany and its not illegal to have the shutter sound go silent (I had an iPhone 8 that never made a sound, and I asked three of my friends if their iPhones make a loud shutter sound and they said no, not if its on silent). What is going on and how do I get rid of this annoying sound?

Perhaps your device was manufactured for a country market where shutter sound cannot be silenced by law (i.e. Japan).

But the issue is carrier is of canada and device was manufactured for canada and the sound wasn't coming before it started when the phone was updated to 14.2
