typing lag on the Logitech keyboard

I have a Logitech K800 keyboard for my MacBook Pro. I also have a Logitech mouse. Both the mouse and the keyboard are using the same unifying technology chip. I have no problem with the mouse but too often there is a lag in typing on the keyboard. Many a time I had to stop my work and wait until it seemed to wake up again. This is very frustrating and I am at my wits end. I love the bigness and keys of the K800 but can't stand waiting for the keys to respond.

Anyone else experience typing lags?

Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode?

Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches & loads safe Drivers, & prevents loading of 3rd party extensions, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.

You can save us asking dozens of questions by submitting a report from this App for us to look at…

Pastebin is a good place to paste the whole report if you capture the URL while there…

Whew, they've changed pastebin & made it harder, but after pasting in, click Create new paste button, then Embed button, then copy the URL...

Workable but harder for me to work with...the Note tool on the bottom of this editor's toolbar, as shown in the image, to copy and paste the output from EtreCheck. In a Reply before you click post, look for this to add longer texts...

I'm having this problem too, but it began specifically when I started using Samsung Galaxy Buds Plus bluetooth earbuds. To use them I had to install a special app from Samsung, but the problem happens whether or not the app is running (in the foreground.) Right now I'm not having any trouble -- I'm going to try changing the batteries of the keyboard -- though they should be fairly fresh.
