Download migration assistant

When I try to download the Windows Migration assistant to move data from my pc to my new Mac, I can't access the download, as the sites security certificate has been revoked. It's been this way for several days.

Thanks in advance

I can confirm this is still an issue. I have tried on Chrome and Edge and getting the certificate revoked when clicking the download link for Download Windows Migration Assistant v2.2.0.0 (Mojave)

Please fix the website certificate

It appears there was a dust-up with Symantec authorizing subsidiaries to grant certificates, that were then issued outside of acceptable practices. This resulted in some certificates being revoked.

Later GeoTrust bought up assets of Symantec regarding certificates, but may be being "tarred with the same brush" as the original.

The certificates on the download are:

Cert details:

Issued to: updates.cdn-aple.com

Issued by: Apple IST CA 2 - G1

Valid from 11/10/2020 to 12/12/2001

based on: GeoTrust Global CA

If you trust any of those certificates manually, you can complete the download and go about your business.
