windows refuses many versions of migration assistant?

Which computer? The title says window, but the text says M[a]c.

Migration Assistant is already installed on Mac. You only need to install it on your Windows computer.

What OS version are you running on the Windows computer?

If that's just not working, copy the Windows user data to an exFAT formatted eternal drive and then copy to the Mac using Finder.
