Is anyone else unable to attach or upload a file after Safari update 14.0.1. I'm using Mohave 10.14.6

Same here. After updating Safari to 14.0.1 I was unable to upload any files. Called Apple support on 11/16/2020. They had me on hold for 45 minutes. When they finally connected me with a technician, I was on the line with him for another 40 minutes and resolved nothing. He suggested that I install Chrome or Firefox. Unbelievable, Apple installs a crappy update, they can’t fix it, and their solution is to install someone else’s software.
I have checked for updates and have Safari 14.0.2 and 14.0.3 updates. Do I have to do both, or just 14.0.3?

I have installed today Safari 14.0.3 from updates and file uploading problem is solved. I am running on Mojave 10.14.6

I would do both just in case.. cant hurt
If both are checked, it will skip 14.0.2 and just install 14.0.3.
I just installed 14.0.3, and YES! I can now upload attachments! Thank you all!

Yeah, it appears to have worked. Am now using 14.0.3 and can upload attachments again
I have the same problem, using Mohave 10.14.6. Can't upload files in Microsoft Word and several other programs. No problem in a different browser.
It's fixed in 14.0.3. Just update the software.

Yeah, no question it took way too long to fix what seems like a simple problem.
click on the 'apple' logo top left, then "system preferences..." then "software update"
took about 20-30 mins for me due their being a security update for Macos 10.14.x
While Safari 14.0.2 still had the issue for me - the (currently) latest versin v14.0.3 did solve the issue.
So I can finally upload assets again using Safari :)
I have this problem too with Mojave 10.14.6 - it's a real pain - I have to switch to Chrome every time I want to send a file. Is there a solution yet?
