Is anyone else unable to attach or upload a file after Safari update 14.0.1. I'm using Mohave 10.14.6

Same here. After updating Safari to 14.0.1 I was unable to upload any files. Called Apple support on 11/16/2020. They had me on hold for 45 minutes. When they finally connected me with a technician, I was on the line with him for another 40 minutes and resolved nothing. He suggested that I install Chrome or Firefox. Unbelievable, Apple installs a crappy update, they can’t fix it, and their solution is to install someone else’s software.
I downloaded OS Catalina from the link supplied by Tootsall222 above (many thanks for that), upgraded my system to Catalina and hey presto - all working fine now, issue resolved!!

Latest update, 1/2021, will not let me attach files to emails or other modes of communication.
AGREE. UPDATE HAPPENED A FEW DAYS AGO WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM OUR DEVICE. AND THE ISSUE, CAN'T ATTACH FILES THROUGH EMAIL OR OTHER COMMUNICATIONS, SUCH AS MAIL CHIMP. VERY FRUSTRATING.
However, if an update is an update, we shouldn't have to go through the hassle to do the "go round"

Mojave user here (can't upgrade my OS any further on my 2009 Mac Pro) so just dragging & dropping as a workaround till a fix with Safari comes.
Safari 14.0.3 just released on Feb 1st. anyone try it yet??

Excellent news. How do I install the new version? I have checked the updates in AppStore and can't see any updates on Safari.

Just checked...no Safari 14.0.3 showing for Catalina. Only .1 and .2. Did the security update yesterday OK.
