Dual External Monitor

I am running into an issue when trying trying to connect 2 external monitors to my MacBook.

I have a dell docking station (from work) and I both of my monitors are connected to the docking station via HDMI to DP (side note: my work laptop does not have this issue). When I plug the docking station into one of my three thunderbolt 3 ports on my mac all of the screens come on. However, both of my external monitors appear to be mirroring each other, and in the settings it is detecting both monitors as 1. When I click and hold the second display from the screenshot below both of my external monitors light up with a red ring (indicating both are being detected as one).

I thought my MacBook would be able to support both external monitors, but maybe I am wrong and my system is not able to handle it.

Anyone know why this is happening or if there is a solution for this?

Setup:

13-inch, 2017 MacBook Pro

Memory: 8GB

Processor: 2.3 GHz

Graphics: Intel Iris Plus Graphics

Docking Station: Dell Thunderbolt Dock – WD19TB

The computer can support those displays:

2nd Display Support: Dual/Mirroring* 2nd Max. Resolution: 4096x2304 (x2*)

Details:* In addition to simultaneous support of the internal display, this model supports a maximum resolution up to 4096x2304 at 60 Hz at millions of colors on two external displays or a single external display at a maximum resolution up to 5120x2880 at 60 Hz at over a billion colors via Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C).

MacOS*MacOS has functional limitations with WD19TB. For more information, please refer to support article SLN320770

For Dell Thunderbolt Dock – WD19TB that were purchased before the date of this publication (September 20, 2020) the Firmware on the WD19TB will need to be updated.

Thanks - this was helpful. I will need to find this documentation on the D6000 too, which I own but am not currently using.
