How do I get the status icon for the microphone to no display red when recording on the Home Screen of my iPhone 11 Pro? If I don’t want everybody to know I’m recording then this red icon cannot be displayed.

At present there is no setting available to disable the Microphone / Camera status lights (Red or Green Dot).
