I recently did my first strength training and indoor walk workouts (30+ minutes). I did not get the badge for the first workout completed for either one nor am I getting one when I do subsequent workouts of those types. I did get a first HIIT workout badge that I earned between the two others, so I am getting some badges. I’m not sure why indoor walk and strength aren’t appearing?

Not all workouts have an award and strength training is one that doesn't.
Walking indoor and outdoor is the same as is running indoor and outdoor.
The second badge is only after you have done 5 workouts
If you think it should be there, force restart your iPhone by whatever method your version calls for. As soon as you see the Apple logo force restart your watch by holding in the crown and side button for 10 seconds till you see the Apple logo then release. Log
into your iPhone and wait for your watch to boot, then log into it.
