Update to iOS 14 issues

I want to download/ install the new iOS 14 update currently running iOS 14 Beta under Configuration Profile. However, when you go to Settings/ General/ Software Update it says that it is already up to date running 12.4.6 I’m rocking an old school 6s+

Open Settings ➔ General ➔ About ➔ Model Name : What does it say here, exactly? If it states that yours is an iPhone 6 then iOS 12.4.9 is the highest iOS version that it can up to. You mentioned that you have iOS version 12.4.6 and I am not sure why your iPhone wouldn't even update at least up to 12.4.9

If your iPhone indeed is an iPhone 6s then you should be able to update iOS version 14.2 without the BETA profile.
