Grayed out folders on HD after Time Machine backup

Hello all,

I recently backed up my iMac with Time Machine and I noticed after a successful backup, a bunch of grayed out folders appeared on my HD drive folder.

Is there a way to repair these folders?

Thank you for your help!

If we understand your post correctly, there are greyed out folders on your hard drive after you created a Time Machine backup. We’d like to help.

Let's do some testing to narrow down the issue.
