how do you enable plugins after Big Sur update

Since upgrading to Big Sur I cannot see how to allow new plugins on Safari - does anyone have some advice please?

These files should open in the default web browser as chosen in my settings. I hope Apple will fix this ASAP. Available app updates are not showing in App Store->Updates Recenlty, I noticed that I'm not geeting any updates for existing apps in my MacBook Pro. I was using MacOS 12.6.1 and I noticed that one of my app was not working properly. Then, I checked that app in App Store and it was showing an update is available but the same thing is not showing in App Store->Updates. I upgraded my MacOS to 12.6.2 and then 13.1 too. But the problem is still persistent. I have checked few apps individually like Pages, Numbers, iMovies, Keynotes etc. on App Store and I found that updates are available but these updates not showing in App Store->Updates. Please help me.
