Documents missing from pages after update

Hi all

After recent Iphone update, the pages documents are missing from my wifes iphone pages app.

It appears in the settings under Icloud documents(but we cant open it and can only DELETE it - dont fancy trying that ;) )

Icloud is switched on under settings, but when we go into the pages app, only iphone documents are visible?

Any thoughts.

PS - it is the latest version of the app.

Probably you are signed in with a wrong Apple ID.

  1. Tap Settings on your Home screen, then do one of the following:
    • If you’re already signed in: Tap your name at the top of Settings.
  • If you’re not signed in with an Apple ID: Tap “Sign in to your iPad” and enter your Apple ID or request an Apple ID, then sign in. Follow any instructions to authenticate.
    • Important: If you forget your Apple ID or its password, you can recover it on the Apple ID website. Though you can have more than one Apple ID, it’s not recommended. Purchases made using one Apple ID can’t be merged with those made using another Apple ID.
  1. Tap iCloud, then scroll down and turn on iCloud Drive.
  2. Scroll down, then turn on Pages.
  3. This setting allows Pages to store documents in iCloud Drive.

When iCloud is turned off for Pages on this device, edits you make or new documents you create aren’t saved to iCloud. Documents that are newly created or changed on other devices or on your computer aren’t available in Pages on this device.
