I have an Air 2 which has 16gb and i’ve already used 14.6 GB! How can I add more GB? It’s not allowing me to add any apps and I deleted most of them already!

You don't, sorry. iPads or iPhones internal storage cannot be upgraded (and unfortunately 16GB is very little to accomodate current operating systems, often more that 5-6GB, or other stuff).

It would be the best choice, I think, rather than living with a situation of continuous lack of space, also considering that the Air 2 model has been on the market for 6 years now.
If you decide for a new model, choose at least a capacity of 64GB (better 128 or higher), always bearing in mind that the capacity you choose cannot be expanded.
