Cancelled order and no refund

I ordered an IPhone XR on 9th Nov and the next day went to pick it up and they said the order has been cancelled( i did not cancel it). they said to call my bank and i did the bank said the money has been taken from the account and apple responded that the money should be transferred back into my account. Its been 8 days and i don't have neither the money or a phone!
