Refund issue

I ordered iphone from Apple site but the delivery got cancelled but I lost the money also.its been 5 days I haven't got the refund.i paid through debit card.when I called the bank they told the amount is holding it will refund only when they approve it.what to do please reply

Sorry about that, but you are not addressing Apple here. This is a public tech support forum and we, just users like you, are not aware of orders / transactions between you an Apple.
