New Magic Mouse does not come with the right cable to charge it via Mac air
When asked customer support, I am required to but another cable to charge the mouse.
So, Computers do NOT come with the mouse and mouse does NOT come with right cable.
regardless to mention, an hour on the phone and Chat support to receive this rediculous info.
You're welcome. In my experience, laptops (be it Apple or Windows) are sold without mice due to the built in trackpad. Apple does include a mouse and keyboard with the iMac but it appears as though the cable/port issue exists there as well so i hope that Apple will get this cable issue resolved soon.
I’m not new to Apple. Customer service could not understand my frustration and simply change the cable to C.
Apple used to care for customers in a much better way. Their knowledge was impeccable. Now you have a supervisor who is not understanding and states that this is the way it’s. You get this cable with the mouse. If you need a different cable you have to buy one. Regardless an hour to end up with this answer.
I do have that but it’s extremely annoying that now you have to buy a mouse for a laptop you just bought ending up with the wrong cord that is not suitable and Apple support refuses to change

If you have an iPhone XS or earlier, you can use the USB charger for it to charge the mouse.
