Hi, I hope some one can help me with this keynote problem. When I want to choose other media file to insert keynote is not responding, then I try again it crashes, everything else is working photo, gallery. I used it 2 days a go it was fine nothing has changed on my macbook.

Hello there, my wife was having the same issue. We fixed it by uninstalling the app, restarting the Mac and re-installing the app once again from the App Store. Hope this helps.

You need to confirm the exact version of Keynote and Mac OS you are using
