Cancel the I translate

I accidentally bought the I Translate and was charged this. I would like cancel font this and contacted to the company directly as below . Company (iTranslate Support Team) asked me directly to APPLE for this cancel or refund as below.

subscriptions and purchases are made with Apple directly. We as developers are not in this process. Unfortunately, Apple does not allow changes to a finalized subscription. However, you can send a refund request to Apple.
