Bluetooth Not Available

I've tried all the tricks including rebooting the system, reseting SMC, deleting the .plist file and reseting bluetooth module. None of these worked, moreover while attempting to reset the bluetooth module I pressed shift + option and then clicked on the bluetooth icon on top but instead of showing the option of debug as suggested on various websites it just gave an option of Open PacketLogger which on being selected didn't give any response. Please help!

I think you're right. It shows that no information found regarding the bluetooth.
What do you suggest should my next step be?
Thanks!

It is a hardware issue, that would require service if you want the Blue tooth back.

In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment

From iOS device using the app to make a online Genius Bar appointment is easy:

Sounds like your BT module has failed (?)

Is the BT being recognized by System Information...
