does the Magsafe duo charger need plastic covering when not in use between magnets Magsafe duo charger comes with plastic between the magnets. I didn't get a full charge. Are you to take off the plastic when charging and put it back on when you folded up?

This is a user to user only forum. No one from Apple is here and even if they were, they would not be permitted to discuss future unreleased products. So no one knows the answer to your question.

I'd keep an eye on Amazon, to be honest. Someone will take advantage of this and build one I would imagine.
