Does anyone know how to film & confirm HDR recording on a standard iPhone 12?
The specification says my phone can record in 4K HDR at 30fps max.
But in the settings, I can set 4k at 60fps, AND enable HDR video.
How do I know if my video files are HDR 30fps or SDR 60fps?

Thanks for posting to the Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you want to confirm if a video is in HDR or not. We'll explain.
The only thing to verify is the HDR logo in the upper-left corner when viewing it in the Photos app after the recording has finished. Just make sure the setting is turned on in settings:
