Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! We see you're having issues with downloading iOS 14.2, and we'd like to help.

We do notice that you have Low Power Mode enabled. You'll want to turn that off, as it can inhibit downloads:

Use Low Power Mode to save battery life on your iPhone

Make sure you're using a Wi-Fi network which you've used successfully to download iOS versions before. Do not use a Personal Hotspot from someone's cellular device, as we can't download iOS using a cellular connection.

Restart the phone, take it off the battery saver, make sure that Wi-Fi is OK and start again. If won't help -- just update with iTunes.
