force apps to switch orientation

Is there a way to force apps to switch orientation on iOS 14? It works normally with apps that allow it but I want to switch in apps that don’t allow it. For example, putting Spotify in landscape mode

apps that will not rotate Is there a way to force-rotate portrait-mode-only apps? Those who mount iPad in a keyboard which is a landscape-mode find those 90 degree-off apps to be useless. Instagram is a notable offender. I just delete apps like that. Since the app-developers haven't provided this why doesn't Apple do it with dark side panels? Or is there already a way to force this?
