all my notes delete

my phone freeze then all my notes deleted , i did delete back up before its freeze , is there any way that can help me to restore my notes??

ALL MY NOTES ARE GONE I was in my notes yesterday and the app completely restarted as if I have never created any notes ever. There is no deleted file and I am not sure how to get it from my IPhone back up. Please help! Thank you!

All "on my iPhone" notes disappeared after getting low storage notice All of my notes that were saved "on my iPhone" disappeared a few hours after I got a notice that my storage was low. Tried restarting the phone immediately and it didn't help. Also updated my phone to 16.4.1. The Notes app still shows around 100 mb of data in documents and data but it is empty when I open the app. How do I recover the notes?

Missing notes / all erased for some reason help? While attempting to manage storage I’m my I phone 8 I somehow deleted my notes…. I guess. Trying to recover notes. I have through several answers but nothing is working. I was never asked to delete notes on screen at anytime. It is showing nothing on recently deleted. Thanks

Do you see a Recently Deleted folder in the Notes app?
