My old iPad has Activation lock citing that someone has turned on find my device. I cannot remeber icloud password or id, i never use it. Can anyone help please

Use Apple's iForgot service, or contact their Account Security team, or if you’re the iPad’s original owner, supply Apple with its purchase receipt and ask them to remove the lock.
