FaceTime calls pause after a few minutes, green bar on top appears and call drops eventually

We understand that you're currently unable to make FaceTime calls from your iPad Air, and it sounds like you've already done some great troubleshooting on your own. We're happy to continue providing additional help. To clarify, does this behavior persist if you try connecting the iPad to a different Wi-Fi network? The resource below may help as well.

If you can't make a FaceTime call on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If you're unable to test using another Wi-Fi network, you may also try restarting the modem and router to see if the behavior improves. Please let us know what you find and we'll take it from there!

Hello Apple team. today morning myself got solution for this problem. After installing ios 12.4.9 on iphone 6. screen time app turns on. In this screen time there is " Always allowed ". By default it has only 4 allowed apps - Phone. Messages. Facetime. Maps. So for the solution we have to add Camera option also form choose apps down. And then try calling facetime from Iphone 6 with ios 12.4.9 to any other new ios. Facetime will not disconnect. This is a bug for ios 12.4.9. May be apple team in next update ios 12.5 will automatically set to default 5 allowed apps in screen time- Phone. Messages. Facetime. Maps & Camera. Thank you
