how can I justify the text (align to the right and to the left) but have the last line centered?
in inDesign there is this option, but on pages I can't find a way...
Put the last line in a separate 'paragraph'(by inserting a paragaph break/return after the last word in the line above).
Click in that line/paragraph, and set the text alignment to centred.

If this last line centered requirement will be repetitive, I suggest you create a new paragraph style for centered text.
