MacBook Pro 2016 camera not working

After I update macOS Big Sur, my camera doesn't working. I try all solution from online I search also can't fix it. What should I can do now>

A working camera is definitely important! It sounds like yours may not be operating as expected and you've done some troubleshooting already. We'd like to see if we can further assist with this issue.


Have you reset your NVRAM and System Management Controller yet? If not, try that using the links below:


Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac


How to reset the SMC of your Mac


If that doesn't help, disconnect any peripherals you have attached to the Mac and click Apple menu () > Restart and test it out. Does that make a difference?


As a next step if the above doesn't clear up the issue, we recommend testing in a newly-created administrator account, and in safe mode. These tests will help to narrow it down.


Here's how to Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac to create a new administrator account. Once you create it, sign in there and see if the camera works.


Next, boot into safe mode and log into your normal account and test again: How to use safe mode on your Mac
