The lines on the bottom of my iPad screen just started appearing

This is my ipad screen when i minimize a page.

The lines on the bottom ..re iphone & Google ..just started appearing recently.

How can I delete or disable this from appearing?

What you are seeing is not a fault - but is in fact one of the Continuity features:

Use Continuity to connect your Mac, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and Apple Watch – Apple Support


Your screenshot shows Safari webpages that are open, in Safari, of your iPhone. If you wish to disable this feature, look at the section entitled “Handoff” in the linked page.
