Cellular two lines

Hello. Recently got a new iPhone 11.

All of a sudden I wasn’t able to make out going calls and noticed in cellular sections it said I had two lines? A primary and personal? One shows my phone number. I’m assuming it’s trying to use another line and doesn’t have service? Can I delete the ghost line?

Hello LFMoore13,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities!

We understand that you're seeing two lines when you went into the Cellular section of the Settings app and its not allowing you to make calls. We're happy to help!

What you are describing is called Dual SIM and it is offered on the phone you have. See the article below.

If Dual SIM isn't something you wanted you will need to contact your carrier for further information.
