Worst update on delivery stay

I ordered ipad air and it planned delivery 19th Nov, but just updated with remarks saying delayed delivery, but not updated any tracking or revised delivery date, if apple logistics not capable to deliver then why online stores required?

Order is stuck at processing and delivery time is still December 30th. Im worried since Im leaving country in a few days and I need to take it with me.
