Order stuck at processing

I ordered an iPad 10th gen on December 28th, the estimated delivery time was December 30th. It is now January 3rd and nothing has been updated. Order is stuck at processing and delivery time is still December 30th. Im worried since Im leaving country in a few days and I need to take it with me.

As described, the device that you have ordered is perhaps out of stock. While Apple’s shipping estimates are often accurate, the estimate is based entirely upon anticipated delivery of stock to the regional distribution centres upon which Apple rely for order fulfilment.


The status will change shortly before your order ships.


If you need to query your order, find and use the recommended point-of-contact that will be detailed within your order confirmation email.
