Make suggestions

Is there a way to make suggestions to the Apple Watch team? I would love to have a daily step goal and be able to change the hours of standing goal.

How to Change Fitness Goals on Apple Watch Series 1 Hello All! I recently received a hand-me-down Apple Watch for Christmas, and I I wanted to be able to tweak my Move, Exercise, and Stand Goals on the Fitness app, but I don't seem to be able to. I've tried the way Apple support recommends currently for Series 3 watches (swiping up on Activity) but the option does not pop up for me. I've also tried pressing and holding on both the Activity wheel and the 'Move' section of the stats layout. Any help would be great, but ultimately I just want to fiddle with my device. It is currently running watchOS 6.3, if that helps.

Apple Watch 3: setting activity goals I own the Apple Watch 3 and software is updated. I want to change my move, exercise and stand goals. On my watch I open the activity app, tap the and hold my finger on screen, then it takes me to the option to “change move goals”. However it does not offer the “next” option to change exercise and stand goals. It only offers “update”. please advise.

BTW you can adjust the stand hours between 6 & 12 hours
