The weather data is on the infograph modular watch. Last week instead of the weather, there is a message that states 'loading weather data'. I tried to 'reset synch data' on my iphone but nothing happens.
I checked the Watch app on my iPhone, and the Background App Refresh is enabled. The weather is still not loading.

On the iPhone > Watch app > General > Background App Refresh and verify if it is enabled.

Thanks for the update. One thing you can do is to unpair the Apple Watch from the iPhone and then pair them together again.
