Hi Still on Catalina and have notice when I want to post a photo on Facebook when I click on the photo link it only shows the external hard drives but no the computer , where the photo is on the desktop , did I turn some feature off how can I get too see desktop in FIND, thanks in advance

Is there a Sidebar in that dialog? If not, click on the little triangle (or maybe chevron) button next to the File Name field to expand the dialog box.
