KILL BILL HAS NO SUBTITLES

i purchased kill bill collection on Apple TV and I have noticed that there are no English subtitles for the Japanese parts. We need the subtitles to understand the plot of the film. If you could fix this with English subtitles or something it would mean ALOT. Thanks

How do I get English subtitles on "The Wild Goose Lake"? The original is in Chinese. The movie I just rented on AppleTV is in Chinese. It's not showing subtitles. How do I turn them on?
