How can I change my icloud email, but keep all my information?

How can I change my icloud.com email to create a new icloud.com email on my account without losing all the information in my icloud account? (My old icloud email has my old name)

You cannot do what you're asking without, not losing, but rather abandoning the data that's currently residing in the current ID.
